These terms govern your use of the Jetspire Exterior Cleaning Ltd. (“Jetspire”) website and your request for services. By using the site or booking or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Website use

Content on this site is for general information. We try to keep it accurate but do not warrant that all descriptions, photos, or availability are error-free. You agree not to misuse the site (for example, by attempting to disrupt, scrape, or probe our systems).

Quotes and scheduling

• Online or phone quote requests are invitations for us to respond; they do not guarantee availability or a fixed price until confirmed in writing.
• Final scope, price, timing, and access requirements are set out in your quote or work order. Extra work requested on site may require an updated quote.
• You are responsible for safe access to the property, disclosing known hazards (electrical, fragile surfaces, pets, etc.), and obtaining any permissions (strata, landlord, etc.) needed for us to perform the work.

Payment

Payment terms (deposit, balance due, accepted methods) are stated on your invoice or quote. Late or returned payments may incur reasonable fees or suspension of further work as permitted by law.

Cancellations and weather

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give as much notice as possible. We may need to postpone exterior work for safety due to weather; we will work with you to reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a fee if disclosed in your quote.

Warranty and rework

Any workmanship warranty or satisfaction commitment applies as described on your quote or on our website at the time of service—not all conditions or surfaces qualify for the same warranty. Normal wear, new staining after service, or damage from others are outside warranty scope unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jetspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given job is limited to the amount you paid Jetspire for that job, except where law does not allow such a cap (for example, certain consumer protection claims).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Jetspire harmless from claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, lack of authority to book the property, or misuse of the website, except to the extent caused by Jetspire's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
